Refund policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1. Returns are governed by the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (June 11, 2001, No. 697, latest revision No. 738 from July 22, 2014). Return and exchange of both defective and non-defective goods are regulated by the Civil Code and the Retail Trade Rules. Products are returned following Articles 6.22810 and 6.22811 of the Civil Code.

1.2. Before returning an item, the customer must contact us at info@ambercomics.lt, describing the issue.

1.3. The customer covers return shipping costs for returns or exchanges of non-defective goods.

1.4. Items can be returned within 14 days from delivery. Email us with a description of the issue and photos or videos of the product/package.

1.5. Returned items must be:

  • In original, undamaged packaging

  • Unused, with original contents and accessories

  • In resellable condition (no broken labels, seals, etc.)

  • Accompanied by a printed proof of purchase (order receipt or payment slip)

1.6. According to EU Directive 97/7/EC, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective, incorrect, or damaged during delivery.

1.7. For returns of non-defective items, only the product price is refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.

1.8. If the wrong item was received, we will replace it or refund the full amount including shipping costs if a replacement is not available.

1.9. For defective items, we will replace the item or refund the full amount.

1.10. Defective items must be reported and returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us with images or video showing the issue.

1.11. Defective returns must meet the same conditions as in 1.5, including proof of purchase.

1.12. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not follow the above conditions (points 1.4–1.5 and 1.9–1.10).

1.13. If the item was purchased with a gift card, the refund is issued as a gift card. Any extra amount paid is refunded normally.

1.14. If the item was bought with a discount, only the discounted amount is refunded.

2. Final Provisions

2.1. These rules are based on Lithuanian law.

2.2. Lithuanian law applies to all disputes. If an agreement can’t be reached via negotiation, disputes will be settled according to legal procedures in Lithuania.
