Description

Batman: Bad Seeds – Gotham Central #1 – the first of two issues where the Gotham City police are left almost alone to deal with the rising chaos in the city. A killer is still at large, someone is following Arkham Towers doctor Zeller, the subway system spirals out of control, and Anarky commits a major robbery.

The situation is further complicated by Vandal Savage, who diverts GCPD resources to his war against Batman and the Bat-Family. Meanwhile, the Bat-Family tries to stop Poison Ivy while also avoiding the police themselves. Ultimately, officers Gordon and Espinoza are left to do the real police work.

This story shifts the focus from superheroes to ordinary Gotham police officers, who try to survive in a city where crime and threats are constantly increasing.
