Batman: One Bad Day – Clayface

Description

Batman: One Bad Day – Clayface is a standalone story from the acclaimed One Bad Day series, where each volume is dedicated to one of Batman's adversaries. This time, the focus is on Clayface.

All his life, Basil Karlo wanted only one thing – to be an actor. Not just any actor, but one of the best of all time. However, his path went astray when he transformed into the shapeshifting monster known as Clayface.

After years of battling Batman in Gotham City and with his dream ever more distant, Clayface heads west – to Los Angeles. Creating a new identity, he tries to pursue an acting career once again. But he soon realizes that the suffocating atmosphere of despair is not exclusive to Gotham, and he simply might not have what it takes in the City of Angels.

So he decides to remake the city itself to suit his needs. A deadly pursuit of fame turns into an epic tragedy about a dream that consumes its dreamer.
