Redcoat Vol. 1

Description

Redcoat Vol. 1 – The beginning of a new Geoff Johns series about an immortal mercenary who wanders through history, amidst the world's great events, problems, and his own bad decisions.

British soldier and complete scoundrel Simon Pure lives a very long life. More precisely – he lives again and again. After a failed attempt to assassinate George Washington during the Battle of Trenton in 1776, Simon unexpectedly gets involved in a strange ritual that grants him immortality.

From that day on, he dies and returns countless times, encountering history's most famous figures along the way – including Benedict Arnold, Albert Einstein, and others. But what truly lies behind his power, who is the mysterious group connected to his immortality, and why do they want to use Simon to destroy America?

Simon intends to find out, even if the attempt finally kills him. Redcoat combines elements of historical adventure, action, humor, and mystery into one exceptional narrative.
