Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #1

Description

Invincible Universe: Battle Beast #1 kicks off a story by Robert Kirkman and Ryan Ottley about one of the most dangerous fighters in the Invincible universe. This is the 10th printing Cover A edition with an embossed cover and gold foil, featuring cover art by Ryan Ottley and Annalisa Leoni.

Battle Beast travels through space in search of an opponent stronger than himself. His endless thirst for combat is both his driving force and his curse: this warrior seeks a battle that could end his life. However, in a universe inhabited by Invincible, Omni-Man, and the powerful Viltrumites, even a worthy challenger is not easily found.

Kirkman and Ottley return to the world they created, this time focusing on Battle Beast. The first issue introduces a standalone story for this character and provides a new perspective on a familiar superhero universe.
